Engineering Successful Exits
NED Global works with founders, boards, and major shareholders to prepare later-stage companies in Asia for IPO, M&A, and other strategic liquidity outcomes.
We provide an advisory-led service framework designed to improve company readiness, strengthen valuation positioning, and align execution strategy before and alongside engagement with investment banks.
About NED
" You have already built something meaningful
Our role is to help ensure it exists from a position of strength "
NED Global is an exit engineering firm for later-stage companies in Asia. We help founders, boards, and investors prepare for premium liquidity outcomes by strengthening the parts of the business that matter most when an exit becomes real: governance, financial readiness, valuation architecture, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline.
We work backward from the target outcome. Whether the path is IPO, M&A, a dual-track process, or a structured liquidity event, NED helps the company become ready before and alongside the banks, lawyers, auditors, and other external parties involved in a live transaction.
Our work is selective by design. We remain deeply engaged with a limited number of companies that already have a credible business and a clear mandate to prepare for an exit.
NED Global provides strategic and operational advisory services only. NED Global is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent. Any securities-related activities are conducted solely by appropriately registered and licensed third parties.
Companies We Work With
NED works with a select number of later-stage companies in Asia that have clear exit mandates at the founder, board,
or major shareholder level.
These companies are typically operating in technology, industrial, and adjacent innovation sectors and are preparing for a defined strategic outcome, including IPO readiness, dual-track IPO/M&A preparation, strategic sale readiness, or structured liquidity planning.
We are engaged when the business already has real operating substance but needs stronger preparation, sharper valuation architecture, and tighter execution alignment alongside investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and other third parties.
Because many mandates involve confidential strategic processes,
client identities are generally not disclosed publicly.
NED maintains a limited number of active mandates so senior leadership remains directly engaged across each assignment.
The Three Pillars of Engineering Successful Exits
Most later-stage companies do not miss premium exits because they lack ambition. They miss them because preparation is incomplete, valuation architecture is weak, and execution becomes fragmented across management, boards, investors, and external advisors.
NED exists to solve that gap.
How NED Works Across Companies and Investment Banks
Successful exits require more than a bank mandate.
Companies need to be prepared; the valuation case must be structurally credible,
and all parties must execute against the same objective.
NED operates as the company-side execution layer that connects internal readiness with bank-led transaction execution.
Company Management
Owns operating performance, forecasts, disclosure accuracy, and day-to-day execution inside the business.
NED Global
Owns preparation, valuation architecture, execution alignment, readiness audits, management materials, stakeholder coordination, and process discipline across all parties.
Board and Shareholders
Own governance, major structural decisions, liquidity priorities, dilution oversight, and approval of key financing or exit decisions.
Investment Banks
Own underwriting, syndicate formation, securities marketing, investor distribution, book building, pricing, and transaction execution.
NED helps the company become ready.
Investment banks take the transaction to market.
NED Global does not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, placement agent, or securities intermediary. Any securities-related activities are conducted solely by appropriately registered and licensed third parties.

Why NED
Built for the Exit Gap
NED operates in the gap between company building and live transaction execution. We help management teams and shareholders do the internal work that is often required before outside advisors can be effective.
Preparation Before Process
Banks are most effective when the company is already prepared. NED helps ensure governance, reporting, valuation logic, and stakeholder alignment are in place before the process becomes expensive and time-sensitive.
Senior-Led, Low-Volume Model
We keep the mandate volume intentionally low so senior leadership stays directly involved. Critical exit work should not be delegated to a junior process team.
Independent by Design
NED Global and NED Capital (in formation) are structurally separate. Advisory services, capital decisions, and any securities-related activities are kept distinct, with documented conflict protocols and independent decision-making.
For Investors and Boards
NED works with select investors, boards, and major stakeholders when a company needs aligned preparation for a strategic exit, recapitalization, IPO, M&A process, or structured liquidity pathway.
Our role is to improve company-side readiness, strengthen valuation support,
and maintain stakeholder alignment before and during a live process.
NED does not market securities, place securities, or execute securities transactions.
Any such activities are conducted solely by appropriately registered and licensed third parties.
